UTS Global's latest release (v3.00) of its Tape Services Suite of data protection and backup/restore functionality for Linux supports SuSE v8.1 and RedHat 3.0.  TSS v3 combines some of the following benefits and attributes:

• Continued support for other client machine environments – Works with several client machine environments (Intel, AIX, Solaris, zSeries) allowing for consolidation of your data protection needs.
  
• Works in conjunction with all command line functions – For upward compatibility, TSS v3 works completely with the previous release for those who like the additional power of command driven functions.
